agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Services Provided
MR Consultancy provides the following services:
Student Visa Processing
University selection, document preparation, visa application, interview coaching, and post-visa support.
General Visa Consultancy
Tourist visa, E-Visa, Sticker Visa processing, document verification, and embassy liaison.
Tour Packages
Curated holiday packages with flights, hotels, sightseeing, and visa processing included.
3. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications and communications.
- Submit authentic and valid documents as required for visa processing.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and the destination country.
- Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- Pay all applicable fees and charges as agreed upon before service commencement.
Important: Providing false or misleading information may result in visa rejection,
legal consequences, and permanent ban from our services.

All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made before service commencement. We accept payments via
SSLCommerz, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and other approved methods.
Refund Policy
- Service Fee: Non-refundable once processing has begun.
- Embassy Fee: Non-refundable as it is paid directly to the embassy.
- Tour Package: Cancellation charges apply based on time before departure.
- Visa Rejection: Service fee is non-refundable. Embassy fee is non-refundable.
5. Visa Processing Terms

Processing Time: Stated processing times are estimates based on typical embassy timelines.
Actual processing may vary due to embassy workload, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

Visa Approval: MR Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval.
The final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or visa authority.

Document Verification: We review documents for completeness but are not responsible
for the authenticity of documents provided by the client.

Embassy Requirements: Requirements may change without notice.
We strive to inform clients of any changes promptly.

Reapplication: In case of rejection, we may assist with reapplication.
Additional fees may apply.
6. Tour Package Terms

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified.

Cancellation by Client:
- 30+ days before departure: 75% refund of package fee
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of package fee
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund of package fee
- Less than 7 days: No refund

Cancellation by Company: Full refund if we cancel the tour.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

Travel Insurance: Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to
unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the overall quality of the tour.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR Consultancy shall not be liable for:
- Visa rejection by any embassy or visa authority.
- Delays in visa processing beyond our control.
- Changes in embassy fees, requirements, or policies.
- Loss of documents during transit or by third-party courier services.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design,
is the property of MR Consultancy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
without our express written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our
Privacy Policy,
which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time,
without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Engaging in illegal activities through our services
- Non-payment of fees
- Harassment or abusive behavior towards our staff
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
